[PT] Ferramentas para a sua Longevidade: Vamos aprender em boa companhia, debater sobre legados e caminhar, sob o mote dos diferentes credos que, desde tempos remotos, coabitaram em Lisboa. Uma cidade caracterizada pelo multiculturalismo, onde cristãos, judeus e muçulmanos interagiram, em diálogo, mas também com momentos de ruptura, numa interacção que foi moldando o desenvolvimento urbano e o legado patrimonial da cidade.
O percurso inicia-se na Igreja de São Domingos (Rossio) e termina na Sé Catedral de Lisboa. Aproveitaremos a topografia única de Lisboa para um estímulo físico natural, pautado pelo ritmo e conforto de cada membro (traga calçado confortável).

Especialista Convidada: Ana Fernandes Pinto é doutorada em História pela Faculdades de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. É docente de Lisbon City and Architecture no CIEE – Council for International Educational Exchange | NOVA FCSH.

[EN] Tools for your Longevity: Let’s learn in good company, debate legacies, and walk under the theme of the different faiths that, since ancient times, have coexisted in Lisbon. A city shaped by multiculturalism, where Christians, Jews, and Muslims interacted in dialogue, as well as through times of conflict—an interaction that molded the city’s urban development and cultural heritage. The route begins at São Domingos Church (Rossio) and ends at the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa).
We will make the most of Lisbon’s unique topography for a natural physical stimulus, tailored to the pace and comfort of each member (please wear comfortable footwear).

Featured Expert: Ana Fernandes Pinto holds a PhD in History from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. She teaches Lisbon City and Architecture at CIEE – Council for International Educational Exchange | NOVA FCSH.
